GENERAL CONDITIONS
We invite you to review the general conditions of sale that regulate the offer and purchase of products in Montserrat Garcia Gassio through the online store included in the website www.torronsgarciasirvent.es
By using this website you are being bound by these conditions which is why they recommend that you read them carefully.
If you do not agree with them, you will have to leave the website.
The general conditions will be binding from the moment you receive the confirmation of purchase.
PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
These conditions of purchase apply to all sales of items by Montserrat García Gassio.
By placing an order you guarantee that you are over 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent, counterfeit or speculative orders as well as those that have been requested by a customer with whom there may be a dispute in previous orders, or when there are reasonable doubts that may make us think that the customer may be violating some criminal activity.
We establish all reasonable mechanisms to ensure that your personal data is kept secure at all times. However, you agree that no transmission of data over the Internet can be guaranteed as secure against access by third parties and we cannot be held responsible for any security breach, except that this is due to our negligence.
ORDER CONDITIONS
All products are sold directly by Montserrat Garcia Gassio with CIF 39711030N.
The territory they accept for sale is all over the world.
All orders are subject to availability for sale through the website, as we do not have all products available year-round.
If a product is not available once the order has been placed, it will be notified as soon as possible by email or telephone and it will be canceled.
In the same way, shipping costs may vary depending on the shipping address available to the customer.
DELIVERY TERMS
The normal delivery conditions will be between xx and xx working days since the order is sent from our workshop, through Catalonia and the rest of Spain and there is no incident in the transport outside Torrons Garcia Sirvent.
We are not responsible for any possible delays in shipping that may result from any incident outside of Torrons Garcia Sirvent.
Therefore, we are not responsible for any delays caused during the transport of the product.
RETURNS
Given the nature of our handcrafted products, returns of the purchased product will generally not be accepted. In accordance with the provisions of section d) and e) of art. 103 of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, or sealed goods that are not suitable for be returned, for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
