García Sirvent is a family business run by “Maestros Turroneros”. We are now the third generation, keeping the passion for things well done.

I am Montserrat Garcia Gassió, and my life has been a dance between sweet aromas and secrets kept in our workshops. I was born and raised among nougats, surrounded by the magic of our family's artisanal creation.


Since I was very young, my grandparents shared with me the secrets of their century-old recipes, instilling in me the passion that has brought our nougats to life for almost 80 years. I remember my first memory being the intoxicating smell of toasted almond and cooked honey, of freshly made nougat permeating every corner of our workshop with the sweet promise of unique moments.


It's a tradition that goes beyond just bars of nougat; it's a heritage that I have received with love and dedication. Each bar we make is a small part of our history, of my history.


Now, as the leader of the third generation, I continue this journey with the commitment to keep this legacy alive. Every piece of nougat we bring to your table is imbued with the memories of my past and the promise of a sweet future for all of you.

The fundamental pillar of García Sirvent is to find the best Marcona almonds and orange blossom honeys in the country, every year. This is the basis that allows us to continue producing a top-quality nougat by hand, responding to our own demands and those of our customers.
